How Much Does It Cost?
Just £2.95 for as many items as you like. No weights or prices to calculate. Many orders are despatched same day, and 99% within 1 working day.
When will I Get My Order?
99% orders processed within 1 working day. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday by 1st Class service, which usually takes 1 - 3 working days.
Are you discrete?
Yes - we have years of experience and recognise the personal and sensitive nature of orders placed with us.
Your order will be despatched in plain packaging, with no indication of our company name or the contents.
Your order is delivered using a trusted overnight courier.
We do not use the Royal Mail, to allow us to provide a more discrete, faster and predictable service.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes - we provide a tracking number on your personal order status page, allowing you to track your orders progress with the courier.
Returns
Returns are simple too!

Some Goods can be returned directly to the manufacturer which will be faster and easier for you.
Faulty Goods
- A FREEPOST address will be provided for faulty goods to be returned to us.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- A defective product will be replaced with the same product purchased.
- We are unable to accept returns of products after 6 months from the delivery date of the product.
- We can only offer a limited exchange policy without original packaging - this implies a like for like replacement.
NON FAULTY GOODS
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not faulty the following terms have to be met.
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be returned at the earliest opportunity and in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Postage charges when returning non faulty goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- The original delivery charge is non refundable for goods that are not faulty.
- If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
